By creating an account or booking a shipment with Delivery One you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts — You must give correct business and contact details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity in your account.
2. Prohibited items — Cash, jewellery and precious metals, hazardous, flammable or explosive goods, weapons, narcotics, live animals and any item banned by law must not be shipped. Shipments may be held or returned if they break these rules.
3. Packing and weight — Pack parcels securely and declare the true weight, size, contents and value. Charges are based on the higher of actual and volumetric weight.
4. Charges — Shipping charges are taken from your prepaid wallet when a courier is assigned. GST is charged as applicable.
5. Delivery — Delivery dates shown are estimates. Delays caused by weather, strikes, government action or other events outside our control are not our liability.
6. Liability — Our liability for any shipment is limited to its declared value or the courier partner's limit, whichever is lower.
7. COD — We collect cash from buyers on your behalf and remit it to your bank account as per your remittance cycle, after deducting any amounts you owe us.
8. Suspension — We may suspend accounts used for fraud, prohibited items or non-payment.
9. Changes — We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page.
10. Law — These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of [your city].
